Construction of the business center takes place in Taksim which is consisting of 10 floors and spreading over 4700m2.Construction of the project started in 07.12.2011 and completed at the end of the February,2013.

The boutique housing estate project in Turgutreis, the construction of which has commenced in December 2010, consists of 10 villas. The life has begun in June 2012.

Located in İzmir Çiğli Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, one of our subsidiaries, the company titled BSS is serving the GSM industry with two facilities on 15.000 m2 manufacturing space and an expert staff of 130 employees.

A modern living space on 1800m2 land as two individual blocks consisting of 6 boutique style apartments each with 300m2 first floor.

Having built by Aegean Exporters’ Associations affiliated with Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, the Aegean Exporters’ Association Building consists of 10 floors and 5304 m2. Completed on March 2002-July 2003, reception room, service offices, administrative offices, meeting halls, social facilities, seminar hall and a convention hall serving 200 participants on the roof are included in the project. Located in İzmir, Kordon, the building is erected on a basement floor built under sea level, and the water impermeability is ensured by diaphragm curtains.

750 students are educationing in 24 class rooms on 4 floors when the project erected on the land of the old primary school located in Ordu city center is completed.Commenced in October 2010 with 6.000 m² construction area, the project completed in November 2012.

Rough construction, structural steel works and grouted construction of Forum İstanbul Shopping Mall Building is undertaken. 320.000 m2 level measure reinforced concrete constructions are completed in 11 months working 7/24 with the help of 5 tower cranes and 4 hydraulic concrete pumps. Steelworks are completed approximately in 10 months using average 20 light tonnage crane/day and 250 – 500 and 750 ton heavy tonnage cranes. 155.000 cubic meter concrete, 25.000 ton iron and 4.500 ton structural steel are used in the project.

Featuring 100.000 m2 onshore and 110.000 m2 at sea building areas constructed by preserving the natural structure of the shore, D-Marin Turgutreis is a structure with a total capacity of 650 yachts, enabling 550 yachts berthing at sea and 110 yachts berthing onshore. Designated as the ‘trading area’ of the marina, 57 business units in the Shopping Mall consist of various stores with spaces varying between 16 m2 to 450 m2.

Consisting of 6 basement floors, ground floor and 11 regular floors, the 18-storey building has 62.382 m2 indoor space. The carrier system of the building is reinforced concrete and coated with fibro-concrete heat insulation decorative façade panels and aluminum cladding façade system. The building construction is completed on February 16, 2009.

Located in MANİSA Organized Industrial Zone, the facility serves as the manufacturing plant of one of our subsidiaries, the company titled BSS.

Realized in Turgutreis, the project serves as a Country Club for the lovers of horse-riding and owners.

Introduced by Mr. Şevket Sabancı for the use of Turgutreis Municipality, this building is serves as a Cultural Building for our community.

Located on Turgutreis, Aktarlar road sea cost, the park is at the service of its visitors.

The construction of the housing estate consisting of 26 detached villas with Kos Island view and located in Turgutreis is completed in 2004 and the villas are inhabited. Each villa has 250 m2 useable space and private pool.

Realized in Turgutreis center across the Marina, this project is inhabited by 50 families.

Consisting of 70 villas located in Kadıkalesi, this project still has available villas for sale.

Consisting of 100 apartments located in Turgutreis, our housing estate is inhabited.

Located in Turgutreis Hotel Area, our project serves 12 months a year.
